Frequently Asked Questions

If you cancel the booking the refund would be made as per the following schedule- For any cancellation or refund, it takes 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.

a) Less than one week before the scheduled date of Hire-- No refund.
b) One week to two weeks before the scheduled date of Hire -- 50% refund.
c) More than two weeks before the scheduled date of Hire -- 95% refund.

If we cancel the booking due to break down, non-availability of the bike or any other reason than we provide 100% refund of the rentals received.

Item/Bike Unavailability:
If an item/bike you've confirmed isn't available due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll inform you promptly. However, in some cases beyond our control, immediate notification may not be possible. In such instances:
a) If you've made a payment: You're entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of the amount paid.
b) If you opted for Cash on Delivery: You can cancel the order without any penalty.
c) If you choose to return the vehicle before the scheduled end date, no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking under the following circumstances:
a) If you fail to arrive on time to pick up the vehicle.
b) If the delivery address provided is outside our service area.
c) In cases of insufficient information provided leading to delivery failure.
d) If the ordered items/bikes are unavailable.
e) Due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of nature.

Penalty for Delay in Returning the Bike:
a) All bikes must be returned at the agreed-upon time and date specified in the booking form.
b) If you suspect that you will be late, please extend your reservation by contacting Fae Bikes to avoid the penalty.
c) If the hirer returns the bike beyond the specified time, a penalty will be applied.
d) The penalty is either three days' rental charge or Rs100 per hour.

The hirer will compensate the company for all damages caused to the vehicle at the time of return. If there is any damage to the vehicle and charger (in case of electric vehicles), Fae Bikes can charge an amount equal to the cost of the bike or the cost of repairing the bike that is not covered by the insurance company. Additionally, loss of revenue, if any, to Fae Bikes may also be charged.

We provide both high-speed and low-speed electric vehicles to accommodate your needs. A valid driver's license is required for high-speed vehicles, while it is not required for low-speed vehicles.

To sign up on our platform, you'll need to provide an additional government ID proof (e.g., Aadhar card, Passport, PAN card, etc.). This is a one-time process for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.

Currently, we do not sell vehicles. However, with the launch of our new fleet tailored to customer needs, we will introduce a 'rent-to-own' model. This option allows you to rent the vehicle for a long-term period with the opportunity to purchase it at a nominal cost at the end of your rental period.
